Customers who are current students must provide a transcript from their accredited institution to show current enrollment or a letter of enrollment from the institution. Students that have graduated within the past 24 months may provide either a copy of transcript(s) from the accredited institution indicating their graduation date, or a copy of their diploma that includes all pertinent information (including the date of commencement). Claim documentation submitted after the respective date will be subject to Rejection and will be assessed an Administrative Fee.
