The service center, while definitely not glamorous, was ok. I've been to other Kia dealerships (Glendale, Carson) which have MUCH nicer facilities. Even the Kia sign outside is of the old badge and not the new one. My biggest problem was that I received a serious, mandatory recall notice for my EV6. When I brought the car, they asked me if I was going to leave the car all day as that is what they request when dealing with a recall. However, the recall only needed software updates. I had an appointment which was nice because they took my car as soon as I arrived to start my service for the routine oil change and 15 point inspection. I only waited an hour tops. The service person that assisted me name Tim was even helpful. He even explained the fuel induction process to me which help me to understand how I can increase the longevity of my car performance. I appreciated the information.

The only problem I had was that it took a few months to change the motor. But they were on back order. Nothing I can do about that I said OK. When I got my car back I noticed the little button by the shifter. The one that lets you change gears without put your foot on the break. It was pushed in now in the hole there. We have bought three cars from Kia. A 2014 in a 2015 forte and a 2014 Serano. Now my daughter wants to buy a telluride. I just hope they give her a good price. Well ...

Great service the people are very welcome and the entrance but the only thing is that my car has had two visits to maintenance and this last time it was an old history code but my engine was shaking so now I’m just driving my car always thinking something might go wrong with your mike which is normal but other than that they provide great fast service and when they fix some thing they put you on warranty which is always great! Thank you to dolce and Diego from Kia for the great help
